Service use must comply with the policies of the connected platforms (Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp) and applicable laws.
Intellectual Property: All CommunaAI software, interfaces and algorithms are our exclusive property. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use bots according to the purchased plan.
Liability: We are not responsible for any losses resulting from third-party platform service interruptions, AI errors or third-party account suspensions. The service is provided 'as is' without explicit warranties on generated response accuracy.
Code of Conduct
Compliance with platform specific guidelines is mandatory. Any attempt to use bots for spoofing or unauthorized data scraping is strictly prohibited.
Property Rights
All algorithms, proprietary codebases, and trademarks are reserved property of CommunaAI. Reverse engineering is punishable by law.
Disclaimer of Liability
We are not liable for any data loss occurring from misuse of API keys or third-party service outages (including Telegram server downtime).
Payments and Refunds
Refunds are processed only if requested within 24 hours of purchase and no credits have been consumed.
